Miramar is a broad-scope, full-service Advocate and Liaison for the client and their family assuring continual, consistent quality care.
We introduce and enlist our extensive network of trusted, time tested resources on behalf of the client and loved ones, as desired and necessary.
- Communicate and coordinate with family members in town and out-of-town
- Medical Facilitator and Advocate: Transporting the client to appointments; facilitating meetings by assisting in communication, taking notes, providing feedback to the family, and arranging and coordinating post-meeting directives (medication, physical therapy, nursing care, etc.)
- Legal: Introductions to the Miramar network of estate planners, attorneys, and other professionals for legal matters (guardianship, wills, etc.)
- Insurance: Long Term Care insurance, VA Benefits support, and other.
